Not Worth It

Celesta Blackheart

Why do we live?
We live to die.
In the end nothing is worth the trouble,
So why do we do it?

Because life is a beautiful lie
That is revealed by the painful truth of death
So why do we try?
When the only guarantee.
In life is death?

Why do we try so hard?
Why do we sprint through life,
When we are so afraid of death?
Because we think it will be worth it
In the end, but it is not.

Life isn't worth it.
Life isn't worth it.
The pain, the hardship
Life isn't worth it.
So I say goodbye to life
And hello to death.

It sounds like the futility of living and no matter what we die in the end.
I love it.
