This Forest is My Tomb

This element of Tranquillity,
Full of life, and yet so calm and still.
Designed to engulf eternity,
Mesmerized by her beauty, I kneel

I wonder deep inside,
deep inside her arms.
In these unexplored paths I hide,
What the world calls savage, means me no harm.

No light can penetrate the green.
This mighty bark I gaze,
The darkness soon surrounds me,
this shall be my place.

Nightfall creeps in, unfolds this timeless beauty.
Surrounded by pure silence, for its sounds heal.
My blade shines in the moonlight,
Mesmerised by her beauty, I kneel.

I am one with this moment,
quietly slip away in this solitude.
There are not flashes of life I spent,
Just this beauty, under the weeping moon.

The cold breeze carries my last breath,
My forest embraces me deep inside her womb.
I fear eternity no more,
For this forest is my Tomb.
