Hallows of the night

Searching for more like myself facing my own doomed
to feel the dead calling myself for a recantation
to hear them, the beating heartbeat
coming forward to me, calling me for help

Now too be heard by myself
to meet up on this night
at the Hollow’s of the darkness
 of the moons darkness night

Goth Girl In A Graveyard.

Craig Dee

23 Feb, 2017 03:58 PM
A short extract
Goth girl all forlorn, she walks a graveyard
Alone with just her memories on her mind
Wanders lonely as she's seeking closure
And hoping it will be the healing kind

Memories these days are all she's left with
Seems everything she loves, it fades and dies
Her made up face masks the pain inside her
But rarely will a tear fall from her eyes

Depressed Outcast

BVB_love_scars&tears

I walk down the hallway
with music blasting in my ears
but i can’t help but notice
the voices all around me
“Why does she do that to herself?”
“Eek! She’s got tacks in her ears!”
“Is that a safety pin in her mouth?”
“Doesn’t that hurt?”
“She’s weird!”
“She’s a creep!”
“A freak!”
“It’s tearing her apart!”

Towards the Light

Silent world
Quiet night
The darkness
Forms within

The pain
The tears
They never seem
To stop

It's quiet
It's dark

Dreamer

Robin

10 Jul, 2016 06:01 PM
Fading from withered leaves,
the silence lulls on.
And in that silence, the dormouse sleeps
caressing her dreams from beyond.

Lachrymose behind her closed eyelids
cascades her cheeks sadly,
but she watches the silhouettes of sailing ships
with magic from her loveless fairies.

Decadence embraces her quiet voice,
her throat writhing in agony.

Disappearing

Kerry Valkyrie Baldock Kelly

17 Jun, 2015 01:59 PM
I shrunk a little bit more today,
My opinions mattered a little bit less,
A little bit more than yesterday,
Perhaps it's for the best!

I shrunk a little bit more today,
No one noticed the agonising pain,
A little bit more than yesterday,
I think i've gone insane!

I shrunk a little bit more today,
The people I love no longer see me,

No One's Ghost

Kerry Valkyrie Baldock Kelly

17 Jun, 2015 01:58 PM
Today I died!

I am no one's ghost,
Life sapped my energy.

Each day I slowly ebbed away
Life force drained by human vampires,
Scars of emotional pain thinned my skin.

My heart bled in confused, monstrous, silence,
The hole left by those forever departed can never close,
Exhausted by the overwhelming sense of eternal, sad servitude,

Muted Witness

Kerry Valkyrie Baldock Kelly

17 Jun, 2015 01:58 PM
The guilt rips the remains of my rotten soul,
A dishevelled wretch tormented, bleeding with guilt,
Unable to look at our mother for shame.

I am not the culprit who extinguished you but she is kin,
Her action has muted my tongue forever,
Lest the matter destroy further the remnants of our home!

I beg and pray to God that this were a dream,
And I would wake confused and disorientated but free,
Knowing that my sibling lived warmed with the life’s blood.

The Island

Kerry Valkyrie Baldock Kelly

17 Jun, 2015 01:55 PM
Air rushes past my face as the iron bird disappears, visual panorama,
Of sapphire, emerald and gold the dream of a life we once did behold.

My hand clutches the cord. Fear forces my grip,
As the world rushes beneath me,
Memories do mar and excruciatingly strip.

Last year we did here meet, across the vast azure sea,
And under the shade of the imported palm trees.

We did lie on the sand and bathe in the deep,
Warm sea breezes and the children at our feet.
