Are you ready for a chill change? Is this your end of existence we need more darkness and what a hell of a mental state this wasn't my New York state of mind. The piano player was a physio going psycho dementedly insane.I needed more blood in my Cardio work-out he took a bite of my neck what a slayer. How he was playing his I tunes with heavy fumes poured down my face.I'm not getting any Fargo chilled caffeine give it to me straight up. Such erotic men Wavy-circuit bad brain psychotic stock went up. Many sides of the moon compulsive behavior shooting up the wolf. So painfully and sadistic he was like a Bullheaded Matador trying to seduce me checking me out with his intensely dark dominant eyebrow's psycho trait, like an exorcism, he stared into bloody stream consciousness. But I was wearing this red all full of his... [Read More]

EVIL BLESSING

J Payette

12 Nov, 2017 02:03 AM

Within a mansion where George Hearn was recently hired, a girl not quite living drifted toward him in the form of a mist. Lovely was her voice as she spoke to him and soon he followed her wispy form to the second floor of the great house, pausing at the door which she said was her room, the very room where the old lady who owned the place slept. Her lovely voice said, Come to me. He didn’t know her words registered in his mind, not in the fabric of the air. “Where did you go,” he asked, “why can’t I see you anymore?” The real me is on the other side of the door, and I am oh so lonely. “But this is Ruth’s bedroom. Do you want to get me fired?” Oh no, not for anything in the world. Don’t worry. She sleeps with Prince Valium. You’d have... [Read More]

MIDNIGHT WRESTLING

Robin Ray

08 Oct, 2017 11:17 PM

“Pain favors the unfortunate but love favors the strong.” For some unknown reason, those words echoed in Lorenzo ‘Ren’ Castile’s mind as he stood at the stainless steel paring table hacking pigs into manageable cuts on a walnut board with a cleaver. Wearing shiny, black, padded leather boots and a thick, black, plastic apron, the burly 24-year-old butcher’s apprentice had been standing on his feet in the huge windowless freezer working for hours. The naked bodies of dead bovines and domestic pigs dangled from hooks everywhere in the cold metallic stall. His boss had given him the assignment of preparing the hogs for some impressive barbecue involving big shot actors and politicians over at the Waldorf Astoria. Was Ren invited to the shindig? Of course not. Why would anyone invite a high school dropout with a criminal record like his to such an impressive black tie event? Ren knew from... [Read More]

Jessabelle

Demorgorgon

12 Apr, 2017 02:52 PM

The dream was too vivid to even know it was a dream. The setting took place at a garden party where the food and people were satisfying. Two gentlemen, Jasper and Frank, nestled among a group of wealthy citizens. Till all of a sudden a rumour began to spread across the room. Jessabelle was invited to the party. Jessabelle was on her way. Due to the stories Jasper heard about her, he wasn’t quite fond of meeting her. A hush came among the people as he shifted his eyes to see a young tall gorgeous woman standing in the doorway. She was greeting the host and walked around the room. She looked normal to him, and it was hard to believe that she was different. Jasper and Frank became frightened as she walked towards them. As impulsive as Frank was, he panicked, then grabbed a glass of holy water and... [Read More]

Scratches

Zane A. Murray

2:00 A.M. Have you ever had the feeling that you are never alone in your room? Something awake and breathing in the corner, or a breeze from your closet creaking slowly open, the abysmal void of darkness filling your room space, but never the sight of an entity that you imagine to be tall, made of petrified hands, its eyes being as bright as an old flashlight? Have you ever been so scared in your life, that you’ve had your entire body itch like you've rolled in fiberglass, sweat coming from all sides like you've been in a sauna for several hours, your body shaking so hard like you're outside naked in a blizzard, you start to cry, hoping you'll fall asleep, but the tears just won’t let you? Well that night was something else. My queen sized bed, tightly tucked into the back of the room, is somewhat comfortable... [Read More]

Reality Of The Mindless

Brody Battersby

Some say using big words are just ineffective, useless, demeaning, and plainly idiotic. I, myself, enjoy the use of longer words. Like serene, idiotic, scrupulous, and others such as those. But, when making a point one must not use language that another cannot comprehend. As such, when arguing or stating facts, one does not exaggerate their vocabulary to heights of which the other cannot see, hear, or process. A police officer does not come to a house and say: “Madame, I do regret to dispose of your heavenly evening but your daughter is farther and passed as she can get”. They say it how the fact is, “Your daughter is dead”. But a writer writes in elegant hand and exposes the words like a painting of rhymes, metaphors, and insatiable critique. Thus, when reading a poem to a passed loved one, one must choose to be as elegant as a... [Read More]

On the Verge of Death

Demorgorgon

04 Nov, 2016 03:03 PM

My heart was pounding as I bolted uphill. I began to pant in fear. The shadows of the trees lurked into the darkness, and the wind growled and slammed cold blasts of air upon me. My thighs got heavier each step, but I couldn't give up because she was right behind me. I stumbled on every rock I encountered and my body wanted to give up. Her growl echoed in the darkness as she flapped her wings and took flight. I knew why she was after me, and she wasn't going to give up until she gets what she wants. The further I went, the closer she got. The wind blew even harder trying pushing me back, but this time the spooky trees joined in as well. Mud splashed all over my legs and it was raining cats and dogs. I bolted further up the hill but tiredly collapsed as... [Read More]

The DEVIL'S SUPPER

Demorgorgon

25 Oct, 2016 03:40 PM

I smelled the most alluring smell steaming out of her living room. “I cooked something special for us today,” Delilah’s voice announced excitedly across the hall. I followed my nose to her living room to find a delicious collection of shrimp, fries, pizza and a huge deck of roasted meat. I positioned myself between Jesse and Dalilah who exchanged each other with hateful glares. Opposite from me stood Joey who held his fork clutched tightly in his fist. He shoveled spoonfuls into his mouth. Occasionally he would talk about his days at school, but today his only focus was his plate. Awkwardness enlightened the room while Jesse and Dalilah continued to manifest signs of complete hatred. With a look of disgust, Jesse poked the meat repeatedly. “Is this even meat?” He scrunched his face. “I see that your rudeness has still not left you,” Delilah snarled. Jesse rolled his eyes,... How To Talk To Yourself

Akio

02 Sep, 2016 12:23 AM

The first thing you should know about me is that I’m very faint of heart. There’s a pamphlet I’ve been looking for for a while now. I remember coming across it a while ago while I was a child. I was at the doctor’s office, the waiting room, getting a physical. The year was 2002. I was born in 1996. That’s when I saw it. Strewn within the other celebrity or glamor magazines, it peeked out with one, single, gray corner. It was almost like it was looking at me. I picked it up and read the title. “How to Talk to Yourself.” by a man named Roger Harrison. There was no graphic, just the white background and the arial font reading the title and the author. To this day, I’ve never been able to find out who the mysterious Roger Harrison was. I’ve spent countless hours on the internet... [Read More]
