The Lord's Demise
Jono Hill
02 Feb, 2013 04:06 AMThe sky did burn, A thousand horsemen, Descended upon the world. The countless souls, Ripped apart by their lord, He slaughtered them all. Crippled the beings he watched evolve. He stands alone, In his castle of broken bones, He hears their cries, Of anguish and remorse. Nothing remains, The madness grips his mind. He denies his crime, But the blood has soaked his hands. He tries to rebuild, But no love remains in his heart. He falls to his doom, Forever trapped in his lonely exile.
