I know life is unfair, and we are only given one. Like you don't understand how knowing that fact makes me feel like I'm in a cage. The hard steel bars that keep me in are all the negativity I'm given, each day another bar is added to keep me trapped, each day the key to that lock that frees me melts even more.
worse of all, the name on the cage..it reads Misery
If there's no one beside you when your soul embarks, I will follow you into the dark
Depression is the worst thing that can embrace you, You keep falling into this dark never ending pain. It hurts to trip and fall but all you need to do is stand up on your feet.
Thats what matters.
Humans are cruel and everyone has darkness in their hearts that lead to bad things to happen, some more than others.
Humanity lives, it learns, devours, destroys, creates, and in the end it dies. Humanity is something both more and less than an animal, we have all these massive monuments for things and objects we want; iPhones taller than people that are fully working. We are more than animals in creating this, but we are less because of how we waste so much. We don't let the trees we harvest grow back, our grown food is all chemically and genetically altered to the point that it is slowly poisoning us. When the time comes we shall reap what we have sown throughout the ages, whether we like it or not.
It doesn't matter where we're from. What we've been through, what we've done.
It's the choices we make that make us who we are.
We can choose to let ourselves fall into darkness.
Or we can choose to make ourselves better.
I am the bad guy because that is a role that must be filled, what's your excuse?
Sometimes we must face the demons within ourselves, to find the angels of our better nature.
People say they wish there was no "evil". That is like a child saying she wishes there was no darkness. Without good to be compared to something (evil) it becomes an empty word with no true meaning. Just as if there is no darkness to compare light to, light looses it's meaning. When they say they wish there was no "evil" or darkness, do they know that they;re also saying that they wish there was no "good" or light?
