Back you are again, with the baggage that steals all dreams.

Will your stay be long inquires from deep within me.
I pray it is brief, yet my strength is required if this is to be.

My spiritual muscles tire each passing day you are here.
Silent my screams your no longer welcome unheard, yet so visible in a mirror.

The Darkness

So dark is this vision that guides who I am being.
So clear in my eyes I could see blackness taking me over.
Did I blink at the light in my life more and more because I guided myself to the comforts of my darkness? My eyes tell me so.
I want to rub my eyes clear of the dark consumption I have taken in.

I see my light. I see my darkness
I see the dimly lit peep hole remaining that is mine.
I want to chisel this bigger. My strength is being held here.
Little peep hole of light, strengthen me to let go the comfort I foolishly  gave darkness.
Little light don’t leave me so that I may inspire another to run from darkness.
Little light I still see, don’t go out leaving me forever unguided and scared to find my way.
